Diploma Final Exam part 1

带着现在疲惫及厌倦的身体，
终于过了我们所谓的考试 “第一关”。哈哈！

我们多数都要在第一张考卷，势必要获得不错的成绩，
因为是第一张，好开始，就有好状态，气势也当然会沿接下去吧！XD
这科是 ABMF 3143, Personal Financial Planning，听起来蛮有趣一下，其实就是大部分都是靠常识或我们生活周围人给我们的知识和意见。

Well, this subject is all about personal planning, How and why financial planning is important to us as it helps us to achieve financial targets, goals and as well as accumulate wealth. Financial statements, budgets would act as guideline and monitor all the way long we proceed with financial management.

Besides, the subject may discuss about how we deal with cash, and credit where we obtain credits for consumer loans, automotive, housing, personal and emergency purposes, establishment of credit ratings, pros and cons of credit and how types of credits available for us blah blah blah,

Plus, it adds on many features related to real life where purchasing house and automotive decisions and housing decisions, what we should choose and how it affects our decisions. And one thing, our car prices is shooting up high and high. So i straight would comment " F*#k the government and stop saying your lame political words. Thank You." :D And the subjects include studies on Insurance, term features and whole life features, auto insurance, disability insurance, housing and renter insurance again, blah blah blah, 

And finally about INVESTMENT planning !! buy shares buy assets, unit trust, equity, securities BLAH BLAH and, and , and, and, AND retirement planning and also estate planning ! HaHa. I believe most of citzens here will face the reality of financial planning for themself at this cruel, bloodly cold and pathetic real world. :( 

Expensive Cars, expensive, not cheap, costly, burdening. 

所以我说，这科目其实不难，要读，要了解。
偏偏我们就是最后一天才要读，结果昨晚才开始拼命踩油，晚上才读了大概4课，总共12课。然后只有去老地方拼命读，还是读，还是读。 还要顶住诱惑，还有开斋节来临时放得很多以下的友族民歌！！ :D

不过到最后我们还是成功过关！顺利，轻松，把握。 :)
当然，好累，好想睡，又死性不改，继续熬夜。
